This is a form of DC Portal® that allows you to purchase a licensed copy of DC Portal®, so that you can install the software on your system and maintain and administer it yourself. The fully functional DC Portal® is provided. Purchasing clients are given a per server, per survey manager (i.e. user), per year license.
